Volunteer to shop KidsTown early!
It
takes many people to help
KidsTown
run smoothly and
we would love to have you on our team. All of our workers are
volunteers, and they do this for the premier shopping times and
because it is lots of fun!
In
order to receive 1 Volunteer Presale Pass, you will need to
volunteer 1 five hour shift. We will be happy for you to split your
shift if you are unable to work 5 consecutive hours. Just let us
know how you would like to split your shift.

The Volunteer Presale Pass will allow you to shop Tuesday,
July 22nd at 6:30 pm, which is prior to our Consignor Presale.
KidsTown
is now offering 2 ways to shop during our
Bonus Shopping Time.

Bonus 2 ***
Volunteer
after the sale on July 26th from 3:30pm - 9:30pm and you will be given a
Bonus Pass to Shop
our Presale on
Tuesday, July
22nd
at 5 pm.
Please keep in mind this shift is more physically strenuous than other
shifts and not recommended for those with physical limitations (such as back
problems, last trimester of pregnancy, etc.)
**NEW: Six names
will be drawn from our Saturday Bonus Volunteers to volunteer during our Fall
Presale!
All
shifts will be filled by first come, first serve. We will make our
best effort to assign you to your preferred timeslot. The earlier
you volunteer, the better your chances.
We need a few strong healthy Men to help
KidsTown! Responsibilities
include: Checking receipts on large tagged items,
Helping customers load large items in their vehicle,
Monitoring the floor, etc. The shifts available are: Thursday,
July 24th from 10am-3pm,or 12pm-5pm, Friday, July 25th from 9am-2pm or 11am-4pm , Saturday,
July 26th from 9:00am-2pm.
These men will work and receive a "Special Shopping Time"
Pass! Husbands do the Work and the wife shops!!! What a deal!!!

If none of the above
shifts will work for you please let us know and we will try to
schedule a volunteer shift that will accommodate your capabilities
or schedule. We also have other
Presale Shopping Options available!
Once we hear from you we will notify you to confirm your scheduled
Volunteer Shift.
We
rely on those who are responsible and dependable to be our
volunteers. If
you are unable to fulfill your obligation for your volunteer shift
and you have to cancel for ANY reason, please call us immediately at 901-753-3772.
In the event you are unable to fulfill your obligation to volunteer
you will be unable to participate in future
KidsTown
Volunteer Presale
Shopping Opportunities. Please understand these
guidelines have been set to maintain a high quality sale.
Volunteers must be on time and volunteer their entire shift to reap
the reward of shopping early. (If your scheduled volunteer
shift is after our presale and you shop our presale but do not
complete your volunteer shift you will be required to make up those
hours prior to shopping any future presale.)
