Consignor Information
Consignors shop Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.
No children under 12 allowed at the presale.
Only one person can shop per pass.
1. Register as a Consignor
Sign up for the upcoming sale to receive your consignor number.

2. Prepare Your Items
Gather your gently used items for kids (newborn through teens). Make sure clothing is clean, free of stains or damage, and hung on hangers.

Remember that additional large items can be dropped off on Thursday evening from 4 pm - 7 pm.
3. Tag and Price Your Items
You will print your barcodes at home, mark items for discount/donation, and attach tags securely.

4. Drop Off Your Items
Bring your tagged items to the Agricenter during your scheduled drop-off time. Our team will give you instructions for putting your items on the sales floor.
5. Shop Early and Pick Up Your Earnings!
As a consignor, you’ll get to shop early at our exclusive pre-sale event. When the sale ends, you’ll return on your scheduled pickup date to collect any unsold items and your earnings—65–75% of your total sales.
Tips for Successful Consigning

Price to sell! Gently used items typically sell best at 25–35% of their original retail price.

Presentation matters. Neatly hung clothing and clean equipment attract more shoppers.

Bundle smart. Group smaller items like onesies, socks, or books together for quicker sales.

Tag accurately. Be honest about brands, sizes, and condition—happy buyers become repeat shoppers!

Think seasonal. Bring only items that match the current sale season (fall/winter or spring/summer).

Watch the trends. Name brands, boutique items, and outdoor play gear tend to sell fast!
Items We Do NOT Accept
To keep our sale fresh, clean, and family-friendly, we ask consignors to bring only current, high-quality items in excellent condition. Please note that we do not accept the following:

DVDs, Blue-ray, or CDs

Stuffed animals (except Jellycats, Squishmallows, Disney, and interactive plush)

Bedding sets, comforters, pillow, sleeping bags

Curtains or window treatments

Home décor that is not specific to babies/children

Maternity clothing
-
USED undergarments, socks, tights

Bagged puzzles without pictures
-
Jewelry
Keeping these items out of the sale helps us maintain the quality shoppers expect and ensures there’s room for the best selection of kids’ clothing, gear, and toys!
